Our practice specializes in interventional psychiatry, including Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), Spravato (esketamine), and IM Ketamine therapy, providing patients access to cutting-edge treatments in a supportive, well-resourced clinical environment.

As part of our multidisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to work alongside psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and other mental health professionals to provide coordinated, comprehensive care to patients.

Position Overview

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will provide individual psychotherapy to adults and other appropriate patient populations within our outpatient mental health practice.

Our therapy sessions are scheduled for 60 minutes, allowing clinicians the time to build meaningful therapeutic relationships and provide thoughtful, high-quality care.

The anticipated caseload is approximately 6–8 patients per day, supporting a balanced and sustainable clinical workload while maintaining a strong focus on patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality individual psychotherapy using evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and ongoing clinical evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's clinical needs and treatment goals.
• Provide therapy for patients experiencing conditions such as depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, bipolar disorder, OCD, ADHD, addiction, and other mental health concerns.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and other members of the clinical team to support coordinated patient care.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment approaches as clinically appropriate.
• Maintain an ethical, compassionate, and patient-centered approach to care.
• Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration and contribute to a positive and supportive clinical culture.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license.
• Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Experience providing psychotherapy in an outpatient mental health, behavioral health, or clinical setting.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills.
• Experience treating common psychiatric and behavioral health conditions.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary clinical team.
• Comfortable providing psychotherapy through telehealth, when applicable.
• Strong commitment to evidence-based, ethical, and patient-centered care.

Compensation & Employment Options

Full-Time W-2 Compensation: $75,000–$80,000 annually
