About Wellness Counseling Group
Wellness Counseling Group is a growing psychotherapy practice serving clients throughout Florida via telehealth and in person in Jupiter. We have a strong specialty in oncology mental health and provide support to individuals and families navigating cancer diagnosis, treatment, survivorship, caregiving, chronic illness, grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, and major life transitions.
Our practice is collaborative, supportive, and committed to providing high-quality, personalized care. We work closely with healthcare providers and community organizations throughout Florida and are continuing to expand our in-person and virtual services.
The Position
We are seeking an experienced Florida Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team as a 1099 independent contractor.
This is a hybrid position combining telehealth with at least one day per week of in-person availability at our Jupiter office.
The clinician will provide psychotherapy to both individuals and couples and should have prior professional experience related to oncology and/or chronic illness.
Qualifications
- Current, unrestricted Florida LCSW license
- Experience working with oncology, cancer survivorship, chronic illness, medical trauma, caregiving, grief, or a closely related area
- Experience providing individual psychotherapy
- Experience and comfort providing couples therapy
- Ability to provide in-person sessions in Jupiter at least one day per week
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills
- Comfortable working independently while also being part of a collaborative group practice
- Telehealth experience required
Compensation
$65–$75 per session, based on experience.
