Responsibilities
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy services.
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed.
- Support clients in achieving their mental health goals while respecting their values and beliefs.
- Incorporate faith-based perspectives when requested by clients.
Qualifications
- Active LCSW license in the State of Tennessee.
- Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills.
- Experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A heart for service and a passion for helping others heal and grow.
