We're seeking an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who has completed—or is willing to complete—the state-required training to become an approved clinical supervisor and is excited to invest in the next generation of therapists while maintaining a fulfilling clinical caseload.

What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality individual, couples, and family therapy.
• Provide clinical supervision to associate clinicians in accordance with Utah regulations.
• Mentor, encourage, and develop clinicians through thoughtful feedback and consultation.
• Collaborate with leadership to strengthen clinical quality and client outcomes.
• Foster a positive, supportive, and growth-oriented team culture.
• Maintain timely documentation and uphold the highest ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Current Utah Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license.
• Completion of Utah-approved Clinical Supervisor Training (or otherwise qualified to provide supervision under Utah regulations).
• Strong clinical judgment and ethical decision-making.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Passion for mentoring and developing clinicians.
• A collaborative mindset and commitment to continual growth.

Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour
