We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide high-quality behavioral health and addiction services in Crossett, AR on contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who is passionate about helping individuals understand their addiction, improve their mental health and overall well-being.
Qualifications
- Current Arkansas LCSW license required
- Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and counseling skills
- Experience working with mental health and behavioral health populations
- Background in addiction treatment or substance use disorders is a plus
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
Compensation
- Highly competitive contract rate, commensurate with experience and qualifications
Responsibilities
- Conduct clinical assessments and evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy as appropriate
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to support client success
