First Integrative Consulting Services is growing and seeking an experienced Georgia Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who wants strong referral flow, meaningful clinical work, administrative support, and a compensation structure that rewards productivity.

Our work extends beyond traditional outpatient therapy. We serve children, adolescents, adults, and families while collaborating with schools, courts, probation, community organizations, and other behavioral-health partners.

We are looking for an LCSW who understands both the person in the room and the systems surrounding them.

You should be able to focus on clinical work—not spend your evenings marketing for clients, chasing claims, or trying to build a caseload from scratch.

We provide the infrastructure. You bring the clinical expertise.

Compensation

This is a full-time, hourly W-2 position—not a salaried position.

• Direct clinical services: $40–$50/hour, based on experience, specialty expertise, payer readiness, and qualifications
• Administrative/indirect clinical work: $20/hour
• Standard full-time workweek: Up to 40 hours
• Typical productivity model: Approximately 30 direct clinical hours plus up to 10 hours of required administrative/indirect work
• Estimated annual earnings at full productivity: Approximately $73,000–$88,000+, depending on direct-service rate, productivity, actual hours worked, PTO, and other applicable paid time

Administrative/indirect time includes required documentation, treatment planning, care coordination, meetings, consultation, supervision, authorized travel between work locations, and other required non-direct clinical responsibilities.

Clinicians who complete required administrative responsibilities efficiently may use available work hours for additional direct clinical services, creating a clear opportunity to increase earnings within the standard 40-hour workweek.

Overtime must be authorized in accordance with agency policy.

The Role

Our LCSWs provide behavioral-health services to children, adolescents, adults, and families across outpatient, school, community, and telehealth settings.

Depending on your caseload, services may be provided:

• In one of our clinical offices
• In local schools
• Via telehealth when clinically appropriate
• In approved community settings

This is not exclusively a school-based position, but clinicians must be comfortable seeing a portion of their caseload in local schools.

You will be assigned primarily to one FICS location—Gainesville or Norcross/Gwinnett—rather than routinely traveling between both offices.

What You’ll Do

You will:

• Provide evidence-based individual and/or family psychotherapy
• Maintain an active and productive caseload
• Complete clinical assessments and individualized treatment planning
• Complete timely, clinically appropriate progress notes and other required documentation
• Coordinate care with parents, schools, probation officers, DFCS, physicians, attorneys, and other community partners when clinically appropriate
• Work effectively with clients whose needs may involve multiple systems
• Participate in required team meetings, consultation, training, and supervision
• Follow up appropriately with clients regarding cancellations and continuity of care
• Maintain accurate scheduling availability
• Provide some school- and community-based services as assigned

QualificationsRequired

• Active Georgia Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in good standing
• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Ability to independently provide clinical services within scope of practice
• Strong assessment, psychotherapy, and documentation skills
• Ability to appropriately manage an active caseload
• Strong interdisciplinary and systems-collaboration skills
• Reliable transportation for assigned school/community services
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to ethical, trauma-informed, culturally responsive care

Strongly Preferred

Candidates who are already established with major payers may be able to begin seeing insured clients more quickly.

Strong preference will be given to applicants who have one or more of the following:

• Active Georgia Medicaid provider number
• Active Medicare provider enrollment
• Current or recent credentialing with commercial insurance plans
• Current CAQH profile with supporting documentation
• Prior experience with insurance-based outpatient behavioral health
• Familiarity with Medicaid, Medicare, managed-care, and commercial payer documentation requirements

Applicants who are not currently paneled are still encouraged to apply. FICS provides credentialing and payer-enrollment support; however, existing enrollment or payer participation may help expedite onboarding.
