We're looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who is passionate about helping adults and couples create meaningful, lasting change through evidence-based psychotherapy while working alongside a collaborative team of psychiatric providers and fellow therapists.

Requirements: Required Qualifications:
? Active New Jersey Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in good standing. ? Ability to work independently on a hybrid schedule in our Matawan, NJ office. ? Previous work within integrative mental health teams is a plus.
? Master's Degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited program.
? Minimum 2 years of outpatient psychotherapy experience preferred. ? Demonstrated experience providing psychotherapy to adults.
? Experience providing couples counseling is strongly preferred; couples work is a valued part of the role but does not comprise the majority of the caseload. ? Strong diagnostic and clinical assessment skills.
? Experience utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as:
? Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
? Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
? Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
? Family Systems Therapy
? Trauma-Informed Care
? Mindfulness-Based Interventions
? Experience utilizing Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
? Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
