Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic mental health team. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive clinical services to diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and individuals with co-occurring disorders. Duties

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations utilizing ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding standards to determine appropriate treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, family, and child/youth therapy sessions using modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, trauma-focused therapy, and behavioral therapy.
• Implement crisis intervention strategies and manage urgent situations with professionalism and sensitivity, ensuring client safety and stabilization.
• Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with clinical documentation standards and legal requirements such as HIPAA and clinical ethical guidelines.
• Utilize telehealth platforms for remote therapy sessions, maintaining accurate medical records within EMR/EHR systems.
• Engage in case management activities including patient care coordination, progress documentation, and follow-up assessments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support clients with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, PTSD, addiction issues, or chronic pain management.
• Facilitate psychoeducational groups on topics like grief counseling, gender issues counseling, or social skills development for children and adolescents.
• Maintain compliance with ICD coding for diagnoses and CPT coding for billing purposes while ensuring high-quality clinical documentation and medical terminology accuracy.
• Participate in clinical research initiatives to enhance evidence-based practices within behavioral health services.

Experience

• Proven experience working with children, adolescents, or adults in outpatient or inpatient settings within mental health or behavioral health clinics.
• Demonstrated expertise in psychotherapy techniques including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, trauma-focused therapy, art therapy, dance/movement therapy, or applied behavior analysis (ABA).
• Strong background in crisis management and crisis intervention across diverse populations with co-occurring disorders or complex mental health needs.
• Hands-on experience with telehealth therapy platforms and electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) systems for documentation and patient communication.
• Knowledge of medical terminology related to mental health diagnoses using ICD-9/ICD-10 codes; familiarity with CPT coding for billing processes is preferred.
• Experience working with individuals who have developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder is highly desirable.
• Ability to adhere to clinical documentation standards while maintaining confidentiality under HIPAA regulations.
• Prior inpatient or outpatient experience in pediatric or geriatrics settings is a plus.

Pay: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour
