Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Qualified Supervisor

Overview

Join our dynamic mental health and social services team as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Qualified Supervisor! In this role, you will provide clinical counseling and supervise registered interns to ensure the delivery of high-quality mental health services.

Skills

• Extensive experience in behavioral therapy techniques including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care.
• Proven ability to manage crisis situations effectively through crisis management skills and de-escalation techniques.
• Strong background in child, family, and couples counseling.
• Supervising experience in social work or behavioral health programs.
• Excellent communication skills for individual/group counseling sessions as well as working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to handle sensitive information in compliance with HIPAA regulations while maintaining confidentiality at all times.

Pay: $68.00 - $99.00 per hour
