Position: Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)

Bryson Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) to join our Outpatient Mental Health Clinic (OMHC) team in Randallstown, Maryland.

The LCPC will provide outpatient mental health counseling services to individuals served by the OMHC and participate as a member of the multidisciplinary clinical team.

Responsibilities

Provide individual and/or family outpatient counseling services based on client needs.

Complete clinical assessments, treatment planning, progress documentation, and other required clinical records.

Provide ongoing counseling and therapeutic interventions consistent with each client's treatment plan.

Participate in treatment team meetings, clinical consultation, and coordination of care as appropriate.

Collaborate with psychiatric and other clinical staff to support continuity and quality of care.

Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with organizational and regulatory requirements.

Participate in quality assurance and other clinical activities as assigned.

Maintain professional standards and confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications

Current Maryland LCPC license in good standing.

Master's degree in Counseling or a related behavioral health field.

Experience providing outpatient mental health services preferred.

Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary behavioral health team.

Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.

Commitment to providing respectful, person-centered services.

Schedule

Part-time position, approximately 26–30 hours per week.

The OMHC operates Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. The selected candidate must be available to provide a consistent weekly schedule within the program's hours of operation. Specific days and hours will be established based on program needs and discussed during the interview process.

Additional hours may be available based on program needs and candidate availability.
