Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC): Flexible Schedule

Basic duties include

• Providing individual and group counseling (you will have the flexibility to determine the clients with whom you work best)

• Administrative duties (note writing, chart maintenance, caseload management, scheduling, accepting calls from potential clients, etc.)

• Independently participating in ongoing professional development in the form of reading the latest research, books, articles, podcasts or attending workshops and trainings

• Abiding by the ACA's or NASW's Code of Ethics and applicable state laws

• Using exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for consistent and effective interactions with clients, management, general public, and potential clients

• Demonstrating passion and commitment to the art of counseling while also practicing self-care

• Demonstrating ability to keep commitments (being reliable, dependable, and trustworthy in dealing with clients and LSCS management)

Full time status involves a caseload of 25 appointments/week.

Scheduling is flexible to meet your needs.

Qualifications

• Active licensure as a LCPC or LCSW-C in Maryland
• Reside in the state of Maryland
