You’ll have a full caseload working with the clients you want to see

With 18+ years in the community and strong referral partnerships, we maintain a steady waitlist. We begin building your caseload before your first day, so you’re not left scrambling.

We ask our full-time clinicians to see 25 clients per week with a balanced mix of in-person and telehealth.

The role

Licensed Clinical Child & FamilyTherapist (W-2, Full-Time)

Location: Burr Ridge, IL

Compensation: $70,000–$95,000 (hourly W-2 model; all meetings paid)

Signing Bonus: $1,500

Your work will include

• Providing high-quality, ethical therapy to a full caseload
• Thoughtful assessment, treatment planning, and documentation
• Collaboration with colleagues and consultation groups
• Participating in supervision, training, and team meetings
• Contributing to a warm, professional, growth-oriented culture

We’re a great fit if you…

• Hold (or are eligible for) Illinois licensure (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD, LSW, LPC, ALMFT)
• Are passionate about working with kids and their families
• Have at least 2 years of clinical experience
• Appreciate feedback, growth, and collaboration
• Able to work two evenings and/or weekends
• Want to be part of a bigger, connected community

Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
