We're hiring a full-time LMHC, LMFT, or LCSW who enjoys working with children ages 10+, with the majority of their caseload seeing teens and adults. Couples is always a plus but not necessary for this role.

The Role

• Minimum 25 client hours per week
• 30 hours of weekly availability
• 3 evenings required at the beginning to build your caseload and as your caseload grows you’ll have the ability to shift it once you have a steady caseload
• Primarily in-person at our Downtown St. Pete office with some virtual
• Caseload includes children 10+, but primarily teens and adults.
• Attend group supervision on the first and third Tuesday of each month

What We're Looking For

• Active Florida LMHC, LMFT, or LCSW
• Experience working with children ages 10+ through adulthood
• Experience with couples is a plus but not required
• 2+ years post-licensure preferred, or at least 1 year of private practice experience
• A clinician who values excellent care, collaboration, and being part of a strong team
