Position Summary - MUST BE LICENSED (LCSW/LCSW-A/LCMHC/LCMHC-A/LCAS)
NC Health Partners is seeking an experienced and motivated licensed clinician to serve as an Intensive In-Home (IIH) Team Lead.
The Team Lead provides clinical leadership, supervision, and oversight to an Intensive In-Home team while maintaining a clinical caseload of no more than 12 youth. This individual ensures services are delivered with fidelity to the NC Medicaid IIH Service Definition, evidence-based practices, and agency standards.
This position requires a strong leader who can coach clinicians, solve problems proactively, maintain documentation compliance, and help develop a culture of accountability and clinical excellence.
What You'll Do - Clinical Leadership
- Provide clinical supervision and consultation to IIH clinicians and Qualified Professionals.
- Lead weekly clinical team meetings.
- Assist clinicians with assessment, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and discharge planning.
- Review complex cases and provide recommendations for treatment.
- Ensure services are clinically appropriate and medically necessary.
Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Monitor documentation for accuracy, quality, and timeliness.
- Ensure compliance with Medicaid regulations and agency policies.
- Review Person-Centered Plans, Comprehensive Clinical Assessments, crisis plans, and progress notes.
- Monitor productivity and documentation expectations.
- Prepare staff for internal and external audits.
Crisis Support
- Provide clinical guidance during behavioral health crises.
- Participate in agency on-call rotation.
- Support clinicians in developing effective safety and crisis plans.
Qualifications Required
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or related behavioral health field
- Active North Carolina licensure:
- LCSW or LCSW-A
- LCMHC or LCMHC-A
- LMFT or LMFT-A
- LCAS or LCAS-A
- Valid North Carolina Driver's License
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to travel throughout assigned service areas
Preferred
- 2+ years providing Intensive In-Home or comparable community-based behavioral health services
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience
- Knowledge of NC Medicaid Service Definitions
- Experience with trauma-informed care
- Experience collaborating with juvenile justice, DSS, schools, and community partners
- Experience using Electronic Health Records (EHR)
Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour

- Master's (Required)
