We are looking for a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (LAMFT), licensed in New Jersey, to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience treating couples and families and is drawn to relational, systems-informed work.
Responsibilities
- Provide primarily couple and family therapy to a caseload of clients
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop treatment plans grounded in a relational or systems perspective
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation
- Participate in clinical supervision as required for licensure and ongoing education
- Collaborate with fellow clinicians and, where appropriate, outside providers involved in a client's care
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field
- Active LAMFT license in New Jersey (or license-eligible)
- Experience and training in couples and family therapy
- Strong clinical writing and communication skills
- Genuine interest in relational and trauma-informed work

Pay: $75.00 - $112.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5.0 – 20.0 per week
