What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality individual, family, and/or couples therapy.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and help clients achieve meaningful goals.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with fellow clinicians and participate in case consultations.
• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care while maintaining the highest ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) license in New Jersey.
• Master's degree in Counseling or a related mental health field.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and clinical skills.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) is preferred.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage a consistent caseload
• Professional, reliable, and committed to high-quality client care
