We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) to join our expanding clinical team.
Duties
- Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy sessions
- Complete intake assessments and treatment plans
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with supervisors and multidisciplinary providers
- Deliver ethical, culturally competent, client-centered care
- Participate in supervision and team meetings
Qualifications
- Active New Jersey Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) license
- Master’s degree in Counseling or related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with children, adolescents, adults, or families preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
