About the role
About Us
At Phoenix Rise Health and Wellness, we provide compassionate care for mental health and substance use disorders, with personalized plans to guide each client's recovery. We deliver accessible care that helps clients build healthy habits, restore relationships, and support lasting recovery, using evidence-based approaches including CBT and trauma-focused therapy. Every person's journey matters here.
