Looking for a counseling role where you can build real relationships and make a meaningful impact with young adults?
Heart-Centered Health is seeking an experienced Massachusetts LADC/CADC to join an interdisciplinary health and wellness team within a residential career-training program serving young adults.
The Role
You'll provide a mix of:
- Individual and group substance-use counseling
- Assessments, prevention, education, and relapse-prevention support
- Collaboration with mental health, nursing, counseling, and wellness staff
- Support helping students overcome barriers affecting school, employment, and long-term success
We're Looking For
- Current Massachusetts LADC and/or CADC required
- Experience working with adolescents or young adults strongly preferred
- Someone warm, engaging, dependable, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Pay & Schedule
$32–$36/hour DOE
40 hours/week | Approx. 50 weeks/year
