Indiana Teen Treatment Centers (ITTC) is an adolescent-focused mental health facility in Indianapolis offering evidence-based care through our Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). Our mission is to provide a safe, therapeutic, and empowering environment for teens navigating mental health and addiction challenges.

Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Licensed Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about working with adolescents and skilled in delivering therapeutic services in a structured outpatient setting. This position involves facilitating group therapy sessions, providing individual and family therapy, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Facilitate daily group therapy sessions focused on DBT, CBT, trauma-informed care, and other modalities
  • Provide weekly individual therapy and family therapy sessions
  • Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, medical staff, and other clinicians to coordinate care
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and licensing standards
  • Participate in team meetings, clinical supervision, and ongoing training

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
  • Licensed in the state of Indiana (LMHC, LCSW, LCAC, or equivalent)
  • Experience working with adolescents in a clinical setting (preferred in IOP/PHP level of care)
  • Strong understanding of evidence-based practices for adolescent mental health
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
