Responsibilities - Conduct assessments to evaluate patients' mental health needs - Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration -Provide individual and group therapy sessions - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients - Stay informed about current trends and best practices in social work - Experience in providing IOP Groups and structuring them - Proficiency in case management techniques - Familiarity with motivational interviewing and applied behavior analysis -Familiarity with medical terminology and patient assessment - Background in behavioral/mental health services.
