Responsibilities

• Provide weekly individual and/or family therapy services to assigned clients
• Conduct clinical assessments, establish diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment goals and interventions
• Support children, adolescents, and families in working toward emotional, behavioral, and mental health objectives
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams to promote continuity of care and positive client outcomes
• Maintain professional communication with guardians, care managers, supervisors, and other providers involved in treatment
• Complete clinical documentation, treatment plans, and safety plans in a timely and professional manner
• Provide services based on the weekly hours authorized by the referring agency
• Attend required meetings, consultations, and treatment team discussions
• Maintain compliance with all continuing education and ethical standards established by the applicable New Jersey licensing board

Qualifications

• Candidates must possess one of the following active New Jersey credentials in good standing: LAC, LSW, LCSW, LPC.
• Professional liability insurance.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance.
• Ability to effectively use mobile devices, electronic medical records (EMR), and clinical software systems.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication and organizational skills.
• Successful completion of a background check.
