Sign on Bonus.We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), Licensed Master Social Workers (LMSW), Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC), and LPC Associates (LPC-A) to join our dynamic mental health team. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive mental health services to diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and adults, across various settings. Your expertise will help clients navigate their mental health journeys through evidence-based practices, trauma-informed care, and client-centered approaches. Responsibilities

• Conduct mental health assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment planning in accordance with clinical documentation standards and HIPAA regulations.
• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy utilizing modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, trauma-focused therapy, and evidence-based practices.
• Implement crisis intervention strategies and crisis management protocols to ensure client safety and stability.
• Facilitate specialized counseling services including school based counseling, grief counseling, addiction counseling, PTSD care, autism spectrum disorder interventions, and behavior management for children and individuals with disabilities.
• Maintain accurate medical records using EMR/EHR systems; document clinical notes, treatment plans, ICD coding (ICD-10/ICD-9), and progress reports adhering to clinical ethical guidelines.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on case management efforts for clients with co-occurring disorders or complex mental health needs.
• Engage in ongoing research and professional development to stay current with clinical research findings and best practices in behavioral health.

Skills

• Proven experience in psychotherapy techniques including cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, trauma-focused therapy, art therapy, dance therapy, or applied behavior analysis.
• Strong knowledge of ICD coding systems (ICD-10/ICD-9) for accurate diagnosis documentation.
• Skilled in crisis intervention, crisis management, and behavior management strategies across inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Experience working with children, youth, individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder; familiarity with special education environments is a plus.
• Competence in telehealth therapy platforms with an understanding of HIPAA compliance for remote service delivery.
• Excellent communication skills for client engagement and collaboration within multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to perform comprehensive mental health assessments utilizing medical terminology and clinical documentation standards effectively.
• Knowledge of addiction counseling principles, PTSD care approaches, gender issues counseling, grief counseling techniques, and chronic pain counseling methods.
