Compensation & Benefits

• Commission structure is typically $65K–$75K

What You’ll Do

• Provide therapy to a mix of children, teens, and adults
• Work with individuals, families, and/or couples
• Maintain a manageable caseload
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed in Florida (LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT)
• Comfortable working with children and adolescents (required)
• Comfortable working with couples (preferred)
• 3+ years clinical experience preferred
• Team-oriented and growth-minded
