LCSW/LMFT

Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.

• Licensed as a LCSW, LMFT with the BBS
• Experience in working with Mental health Clients of all needs
• Must have an NPI#
• Be willing to get credentialed with insurance
• Must be willing to see patients in person 1 day a week for up to 4hrs
• Must have 1 day of availability in the evening 5pm-8pm
• Supervise ASW or AMFT
• Criminal record and health clearances
• Excellent organizational, analytical, written and oral communications skills
• Must work well under time constraints and deadlines, and have flexibility to function in a fast-paced environment, work well independently
• Demonstrated experience working with an ethnically, culturally and racially diverse client populations
• Personal liability insurance (contracted)
• Good documentation, assessment, and treatment plan writing skills.
• Follow all legal and ethical guidelines as stated by the BBS and CA law.
• Be able to work independently.
