LCSW or Psychologist – Clinical Supervisor & Therapist (Part-Time)

Location: New City, NY (Hybrid – Some In-Person Required)

Pay: Starting at $55/hour

Schedule: Flexible Part-Time

CDDC/Maaluh is an established OPWDD provider and Children's Waiver HCBS provider expanding its Mental Health Counseling services. We are seeking a New York licensed LCSW or Psychologist to provide clinical supervision, support a growing counseling program, and offer psychotherapy services based on their availability and interests.

This is an opportunity to join a developing program within an established organization that already has strong community relationships, referral sources, and operational infrastructure. We are looking for a clinician who values quality care, enjoys mentoring others, and wants the flexibility to focus on clinical work while we handle the administrative side.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to LMSW clinicians working toward independent licensure
• Review and sign clinical documentation as required
• Provide individual and/or family psychotherapy
• Collaborate with leadership on the development and growth of counseling services
• Maintain professional documentation and clinical standards

Qualifications

• Active New York LCSW or Licensed Psychologist license required
• Eligible to provide clinical supervision to LMSW clinicians
• Experience providing psychotherapy to individuals and/or families
• Experience providing clinical supervision preferred
• Experience working with Medicaid and managed care populations preferred
• Experience working with neurodivergent individuals and/or the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) population is appreciated
• New Jersey licensure is a plus but not required
