IOP Licensed Therapist (Registered Interns Encouraged to Apply)

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated IOP Therapist to join our growing addictions treatment team. This is an opportunity to work alongside a dedicated, multidisciplinary team while helping individuals build the skills, insight, and confidence needed to create lasting change.

Our ideal candidate is a clinician who is passionate about behavioral health, enjoys working with individuals and groups, and understands the unique needs of clients navigating substance use and co-occurring mental health challenges.

What You’ll Do

• Provide engaging individual and group therapy within an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) setting.

• Use evidence-based therapeutic approaches to address substance use, mental health, relationships, coping skills, relapse prevention, and life challenges.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that reflect each client’s unique needs, strengths, goals, and stage of recovery.

• Facilitate a supportive and therapeutic environment that encourages growth, accountability, and meaningful change.

• Apply a variety of therapeutic modalities and interventions based on clinical needs.

• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as appropriate.

• Collaborate closely with counselors, case managers, medical providers, and other members of the multidisciplinary treatment team to provide coordinated, comprehensive care.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation.

• Participate in treatment planning, case consultation, and team meetings.

• Maintain professional, ethical, and legal standards of practice while protecting client confidentiality.

What We’re Looking For

• Current professional clinical licensure as a Mental Health Counselor, Clinical Social Worker, or Marriage & Family Therapist.

• Registered interns working toward professional licensure are encouraged to apply.

• Experience or a strong interest in addictions, behavioral health, or co-occurring disorders.

• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic practices and a willingness to utilize a variety of clinical approaches.

• Strong group facilitation and individual counseling skills.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills.

• Ability to establish meaningful therapeutic relationships while maintaining appropriate professional boundaries.

• A collaborative, compassionate, and client-centered approach to treatment.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
