Intensive In-Community (IIC) Clinician (LAC, LSW, LPC, LCSW, LMFT) – Flexible Schedule

Dream Mental Health Services is a growing behavioral health agency providing community-based mental health services to children and adolescents throughout New Jersey. We are seeking compassionate clinicians who are passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide Intensive In-Community (IIC) counseling services in clients' homes and communities.
• Complete clinical documentation within agency timeframes.
• Develop treatment goals and interventions.
• Collaborate with families, care managers, schools, and treatment teams.
• Maintain compliance with Medicaid and agency documentation requirements.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field.
• New Jersey license or permit including:
• LAC
• LSW
• LPC
• LCSW
• LMFT
• Associate or provisional license eligible applicants are encouraged to apply.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel to client homes.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

• Monday to Friday

Work Location

Services are provided in the community throughout New Jersey. Cases are assigned based on your preferred counties and availability.

Pay: $70.00 - $110.00 per hour
