Intensive In Community (Contractor) LPC, LCSW, LAC, LSW Therapist/ Counselor

DoDream Counseling is a growing community-based mental health provider in Bergen County, NJ. We’re hiring Independent Contractors (1099) to provide therapy to children/adolescents in their homes and community settings (not office-based).

Warm, supportive clinical team + flexible caseload.

Pay

• LCSW/LMHC/LPC: $80/hr -$90/hr
• LSW/LAC: $65/hr - $70/hr

Schedule & Caseload

• Minimum: 5 cases/month (≈ 10 clinical hours)
• Option to grow: up to 30 clinical hours/week
• Earn based on the hours you choose (pre-licensed earning potential can reach ~$100K/year depending on weekly clinical hours)

Key Duties

• Provide individual and/or family therapy to youth and caregivers in home/community settings (community-based service delivery model).
• Deliver structured, goal-focused interventions such as psychoeducation, coping skills, emotional regulation, problem-solving, communication, conflict resolution, and family support aligned with youth/family needs and treatment goals.
• Engage families with a strength-based, culturally responsive approach and support stabilization and improved functioning.
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment planning requirements (notes must be completed by the person providing the service).
• Coordinate professionally with the DoDream clinical team and care partners as appropriate to support continuity and outcomes.

Requirements

• This is a 1099 contractor role
• Must be able to drive to session locations (reliable transportation required)
• Fingerprinting/background clearance required prior to starting services
• Bilingual strongly encouraged: Korean / Spanish / Chinese & other languages welcomed)

Pay: $65.00 - $90.00 per hour
