Overview

Join our dynamic mental health/ SUD team as an Independently Licensed Therapist, where your expertise will make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and families. In this role, you will provide comprehensive psychotherapy services across diverse settings, utilizing evidence-based practices to promote mental wellness. Duties

  • Conduct thorough mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations using ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding standards to inform treatment planning.
  • Deliver individual, group, family therapy sessions utilizing modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused therapy, psychodynamic therapy, art therapy, dance/movement therapy, and applied behavior analysis (ABA).
  • Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with clinical documentation standards and HIPAA regulations to ensure compliance and continuity of care.
  • Provide crisis intervention and crisis management services for clients experiencing acute mental health episodes or co-occurring disorders.
  • Engage in case management activities including patient assessment, progress monitoring, medical records documentation, and coordination with other healthcare providers.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation in electronic health records (EHR/EMR), including progress notes, treatment plans, and medical terminology entries.

Skills

  • Proven expertise in psychotherapy techniques such as motivational interviewing, behavioral health interventions, grief counseling, addiction counseling, and social work practices.
  • Experience working with individuals substance use disorder and individuals with co-occurring disorders.
  • Strong knowledge of crisis intervention strategies, trauma-focused therapy approaches, and behavior management techniques.\\
  • Ability to conduct comprehensive mental health assessments using evidence-based practices while adhering to clinical ethical guidelines.
  • Excellent client communication skills with a compassionate approach tailored to diverse populations.
  • Proficiency in telehealth therapy platforms, medical documentation standards, and HIPAA compliance to ensure secure patient care delivery.

Pay: $74,037.84 - $78,542.11 per year
