Job Overview
We are seeking a Licensed Counselor (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate care and support to individuals in need, utilizing a range of therapeutic techniques and interventions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide counseling and therapy services to clients
- Perform crisis intervention when necessary
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of client interactions
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments

- Must hold a valid license in Kentucky
- Ability to provide patient-centered care with empathy and professionalism
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement
