In-Person Pediatric Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC)

Elera Health

Hickory, NC Parttime, Contract 6 days ago

About the role

Tired of spending more time on insurance and intake forms than with clients? At Elera Health, you focus entirely on doing therapy. We handle everything else: credentialing, billing, compliance, and a steady stream of referred clients.

This is a 1099 role with a full team behind you. You set your own schedule and caseload while Elera's back office runs the administrative side, so the parts of private practice that usually wear therapists down are simply handled for you. This role requires in-home sessions with pediatric clients and families. Candidates must be able to drive within a 15-mile radius of Hickory, NC, to reach clients.

What Elera takes care of:

  • Insurance credentialing with national and local payers
  • A steady referral pipeline, with no marketing or client hunting required
  • Billing, claims, and all insurance follow-up
  • Compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Scheduling tools and online presence setup
  • Clinical consultation and a peer community of fellow therapists

What you'll do:

  • Provide individual pediatric therapy
  • Complete intake assessments and build individualized treatment plans
  • Use evidence-based approaches matched to each client
  • Keep clear, timely clinical documentation

Requirements:

  • Active, independent clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC/LPCC/LMHC, or licensed psychologist)
  • Must be licensed in North Carolina
  • Ability to provide in-person care

Preferred:

  • Experience with common presentations or modalities (anxiety, depression, trauma, CBT, EMDR)
  • Private practice experience
