In-Person Licensed Therapist – LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC

Psychiatric Alternatives and Wellness Center (PAWC) is seeking licensed mental health therapists (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC) to join our growing team. Your Role

As a licensed mental health therapist, you will provide in-person individual therapy to clients. You will be responsible for clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, ongoing psychotherapy, and timely documentation.

We serve clients with a wide range of needs and work to match therapists with clients who align with their experience, interests, and areas of expertise.

What You’ll Need

• An active, unrestricted California license as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC
• Experience providing individual psychotherapy
• Ability and willingness to provide services in person
• Strong clinical assessment, treatment-planning, and documentation skills
• A compassionate, reliable, and self-motivated approach to client care
• Commitment to ethical, patient-centered, and collaborative practice
• Access to your own professional office or treatment space is preferred

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $130.00 per hour
