We provide a consistent, high-volume referral stream through MassHealth, Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial insurance. You will step into a full clinical schedule immediately, completely free from the burden of independent marketing, billing, or credentialing.

Qualifications

  • Licensure: Active Massachusetts LICSW or LMHC license strongly preferred.
  • Pre-Licensed: LCSW, MSW, or Mental Health Counseling graduates (including anticipated 2026 graduates) actively working toward independent licensure are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Operations: Ability to operate within a hybrid model, conducting both in-person and telehealth care in Brockton, MA.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
