We are looking to hire a culturally sensitive therapist who is available to do a hybrid of both in-person therapy at our Madison east side location, as well as online therapy from home. This is a W-2 employee position (not an independent contractor), which means that you are guaranteed a set hourly rate for each client that you see.

We are looking for the following qualifications:

• Experience seeing clients online.
• Experience and desire to work with children and adolescents.
• Ability to work independently using solid clinical, ethical and documentation skills.

Requirements include the following

• LPC, LMFT, or LCSW IN WISCONSIN!
• Willingness to work 1-2 evenings per week.
• Willingness to comply with documentation protocols.
• Willingness to see 25 clients per week with at least 10-13 in person and the rest virtually.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $67,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
