HYBRID OPTION**LAC/LSW/LCSW/LPC Private Practice Childrens Therapist

Please note this position is required to be in office two Evenings per week 3pm- 8pm also must be able to work with children ages 5 and up as well as couples.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Master’s Degree Required (Degree must be in mental health or related field.) Must have experience in outpatient mental health. Previous experience with individual and couples counseling a plus. Must hold valid LAC/LSW. LPC/ LCSW Preferred.

In-Office Position Available. Option to add Remote work via Telehealth if candidate meets requirements for HIPPA compliance.

PREFERRED SKILLS

Organized, Prompt, Professional, Open-minded. Specialized certification a plus (DBT, Trauma, Play Therapy, Ect.)

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY

As a therapist employed with The Road Worth Traveling, you will be required to meet with your scheduled clients each week from a secure, HIPPA compliant room in our office in Princeton NJ. You must submit all required documentation on time. You are further required to have supervision, provided by the company, weekly. This may or may not be eligible for NJ state licensure supervision depending on your license. Within this role you are expected to follow all ethical and confidentiality guidelines and conduct yourself in a professional manner. You are expected to hold 1-hour long individual sessions, couples sessions, or family sessions as well as complete an initial intake that includes a mental status exam and biopsychosocial assessment. Following the assessment, completion of a diagnosis and treatment plan is required where applicable. On occasion, the client may not be appropriate for our services and a referral will need to be provided.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20.0 per week
