What we hand you on day one

• A caseload built with you, not dropped on you. Referrals come in every day from hospitals, psychiatric discharge programs, court programs, nursing homes, shelters, DCF and foster care, and community organizations. We participate broadly with MassHealth, Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial insurance, so demand is steady and consistent. Your caseload is matched to your background and interests and paced with you, starting with a supported ramp-up and growing to the size that fits your practice.
• A full clinical team around every client. You are one part of an integrated care model that includes psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, medication-management providers, care coordinators, and colleagues in child and adolescent care, first-episode psychosis, psychological testing, and telehealth. When a case needs another layer of support, it is already inside the building.
• Access to innovative treatment options. Our network offers medication management, TMS therapy, Spravato, psychological testing and evaluation, first-episode psychosis services, and specialized child and adolescent care. When your client needs more than talk therapy, you have real pathways to refer inside the practice, not a stack of business cards.
• A state-of-the-art Watertown outpatient and telehealth facility. Two days a week onsite for the clients who need to be seen in person. When your last one walks out, you head home. The rest of the week is remote from wherever your best work happens.
• The business side, done for you. In-house teams handle billing, credentialing, intake, and scheduling. No more chasing insurance. No more marketing yourself. No more collections calls.
• Session-based pay with tiered earning. Full-time target is 25 completed sessions per week. If that is your number, that is the number. If you want to grow beyond it, additional sessions are available and every session pays. You set the pace.
• Compensation protection for eligible ongoing-session cancellations and no-shows, plus separate partial compensation for eligible intake no-shows. When your calendar shifts, your paycheck does not vanish.
• Full W-2 benefits from your first day of orientation: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, life and AD&D, employer-paid malpractice, license renewal covered, and optional early access to earned wages.

What you bring

• Active Massachusetts LICSW, LMHC, or LCSW (LCSWs practice under supervision within their scope)
• Master's degree in social work, mental health counseling, or a related qualifying field
• A commitment to ethical, trauma-informed, culturally responsive care
• Timely, thorough documentation

The work itself

Outpatient psychotherapy and counseling with individuals, couples, and families, delivered in person and through secure telehealth. Intakes and psychosocial assessments. Treatment planning. Clean, timely documentation. Warm handoffs and consultation with psychiatry, medication management, and specialty programs when a case calls for another layer of care.

Pay: $55.00 - $87.00 per hour
