Renew Path Recovery is seeking a Maryland-licensed LCPC or LCSW-C to join our growing behavioral health team. This is a 1099 independent contractor role with clients ready to be seen, flexible scheduling, and strong earning potential.
Position Overview
The Licensed Therapist will provide outpatient mental health and substance use counseling services, working with individuals experiencing dual diagnosis conditions. Must be willing to commute to our office in Rosedale, as we service numerous clients across the state of Maryland.
Compensation
- $80,000 – $106,000 annually (1099; based on caseload and sessions completed)

Responsibilities
- Provide individual and/or group therapy to adults with mental health and substance use disorders
- Conduct clinical assessments, treatment planning, and progress documentation
- Utilize evidence-based interventions for dual diagnosis treatment
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in compliance with Maryland and payer standards
- Collaborate with clinical leadership as needed to support continuity of care
Qualifications
- Active Maryland license as an LCPC or LCSW-C (required)
- Experience treating co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders
- Strong clinical judgment, ethical practice, and professionalism
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Must maintain professional liability insurance (or be willing to obtain)
