About the role
Seeds of Growth Counseling seeks an entry-level part-time AMFT, or APCC to join our team!
We are looking for a hybrid associate therapist in Sacramento, CA. We are looking for our therapist to have a minimum of 20 clients on their caseload.
We see clients virtually and in person, so we are looking for someone who can commit to at least one day in the office.
We serve a large population of BIPOC clients, and we are seeking a clinician with knowledge and understanding of this community.
Please have background knowledge or experience in the following areas:
- Experience working with BIPOC clients
- CBT, DBT, ACT (EMDR is a plus!)
- Treating clients with depression, anxiety, substance abuse, relationship distress, trauma/PTSD, dysfunctional families, LGBT+
- The knowledge in creating an assessment, treatment plans, and progress note documentation
- Experience working with children, teens, couples, families, adults
