Role Objective

The objective of this role is to provide high-quality psychotherapy to clients seeking real change—while maintaining a stable, sustainable caseload through strong clinical judgment, reliable presence, and effective placement alignment.

This role is designed for clinicians who:

Education & Experience

• Fully licensed clinician in New York State (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT,LMSW, Psychologist, or equivalent)
• Several years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
• Demonstrated experience working with:
• Adults
• Parents
• Couples or relational dynamics
• Family
• Faith based/christian counseling
• Eating disorder experience
• Proven ability to maintain long-term client engagement and retention
• Strong clinical judgment and ethical standards

Schedule & Caseload Structure

This role requires availability aligned with client demand in order to sustain a full caseload.

Schedule requirements of this role:

• Week day evenings and/or Saturdays

Schedules are designed collaboratively and support both client access and clinician sustainability. We are hiring for all 3 of our locations (Wantagh, Bellmore, Huntington)

Compensation

• Hourly range: $60-$75 based on experience and demonstrated clinical capacity
