Georgia Licensed Mental Health Clinician – (LPC/LCSW/LMFT/Psychologist)

Job Description

Reju, Inc. is seeking Georgia-licensed mental health clinicians to support a comprehensive Annual Mental Wellness & Stabilization Program serving public-safety employees in the Augusta-Richmond County area.

This is an opportunity to provide preventive, first-responder-informed behavioral health care to individuals working in law enforcement, fire services, emergency communications, corrections, and other public-safety roles.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 60- and 90-minute annual mental wellness visits for eligible public-safety employees.
• Administer and interpret evidence-based behavioral health screenings, such as PCL-5 and PHQ-9, as clinically appropriate.
• Provide psychoeducation, wellness planning, and early intervention focused on stress, trauma, resilience, and overall mental well-being.
• Provide up to 10 stabilization/treatment sessions annually per participant, when clinically appropriate.
• Provide telehealth and confidential in-person services with scheduling flexibility to accommodate public-safety shift work.
• Recognize and respond appropriately to behavioral health concerns, including trauma, occupational stress, anxiety, depression, substance use, and other behavioral health needs.
• Support appropriate escalation and referral to IOP, PHP, residential, inpatient, crisis stabilization, or emergency services when clinically indicated.
• Participate in established 24/7 crisis escalation and referral protocols.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and confidential clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with Reju's clinical, program, and data teams while maintaining appropriate clinical independence and confidentiality.
• Support a prevention-focused model designed to identify concerns early and connect employees to appropriate care before they become crises.

Qualifications

Required:

• Active, unrestricted Georgia clinical license as one of the following:
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Psychologist
• Experience providing behavioral health assessment and treatment.
• Ability to provide services through telehealth.
• Strong understanding of clinical ethics, confidentiality, documentation, and risk assessment.

Preferred:

• Experience working with first responders, public-safety personnel, veterans, military personnel, or other high-stress occupational populations.
• Understanding of first-responder culture, including law enforcement, fire/EMS, 911 communications, and corrections.
• Experience with trauma-informed care and evidence-based screening tools.
• Experience with Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield or Carelon Behavioral Health.
• Existing insurance credentialing/paneling and experience with insurance billing.
• Availability to accommodate nontraditional/shift-based schedules.

Important: This opportunity is contingent upon Reju being awarded the Augusta-Richmond County program. Selected clinicians may be asked to complete credentialing, contracting, and onboarding requirements prior to providing services.

Pay: From $48,000.00 per year
