Fully remote, fully licensed Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) Therapist

Healthy Mind Specialists is hiring a bilingual Spanish-speaking therapist for a flexible outpatient role serving clients across Florida.

Clients present with a range of concerns, commonly including relationship issues, attachment patterns, self-esteem challenges, and general life stressors.

Position Details:

• 100% remote with optional hybrid (in-person) availability
• Independent contractor (fee-for-service)
• 60/40 split with full administrative and referral support
• Flexible schedule. Set your own hours, including evenings or weekends if desired

Requirements:

• Fully licensed in Florida (LMHC, LCSW, or Psychologist)
• Spanish fluency required
