Amplified Life Counseling & Coaching is seeking an experienced, fully licensed LPC or LMSW to join our growing clinical team in Byron Center, Michigan.

The Position

This full-time role is ideal for a therapist who values the autonomy and relationships of private practice but does not want to manage scheduling, billing, credentialing, claims, or marketing alone.

You will primarily provide outpatient counseling to adults and couples, maintaining approximately 25–35 clinical sessions per week.

Compensation

Experienced full-time therapists consistently providing 28–35 sessions per week typically earn:

$80,000–$108,000 annually

Our Practice

Amplified Life provides trauma-informed counseling to individuals, couples, and families from a wide range of backgrounds, beliefs, and life experiences.

Our peaceful 6-acre Wellbeing Campus is located just south of University of Michigan Health-West at M-6 and Byron Center Avenue. The campus includes wooded trails, outdoor counseling spaces, comfortable therapy offices, a historic counseling center, and a dedicated group and play therapy studio.

Our practice operates within a faith-informed, trauma-informed model of care. Candidates should be comfortable serving clients who may wish to incorporate faith into counseling while providing compassionate, ethical, and evidence-based care to every client.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed in Michigan as an LPC or LMSW
• Experience providing outpatient counseling
• Interest or experience working with adults and couples
• Strong clinical judgment and documentation practices
• Commitment to ethical, evidence-based, trauma-informed care
• Ability to maintain approximately 25–35 clinical sessions per week
• Comfortable collaborating with healthcare providers and community referral partners

Responsibilities
