About the role
Join a supportive, trauma-informed group practice working with first responders and helping professionals.
About Us
Reflections Mental Health, LLC is a DHS 35 certified outpatient group private practice rooted in community, growth, and compassion. As proud members of the Wisconsin LGBT Chamber of Commerce, we are committed to creating an affirming and inclusive environment for both clients and staff.
We value trauma-informed care, ongoing learning, and sustainable work-life balance. Our clinicians are supported in developing their clinical interests within a collaborative team environment.
The Role
We are seeking therapists who enjoy working with children, adolescents, and families. This role offers strong supervision, clinical support, and opportunities for continued professional growth.
Experience working with trauma and attachment is preferred, as Reflections is a trauma- and attachment-focused clinic, and these principles are foundational to the work we do. We also have a preference for candidates who are EMDR trained and/or have experience working with first responders, though we welcome applicants with a variety of clinical backgrounds and areas of interest.
Provisional/training licensed therapists with at least 9 months post-licensure experience are encouraged to apply.
