Pay: $54,000.00 – $104,000.00+ per year (Paid per billable client hour)

Who We're Looking For

We are specifically seeking dedicated professionals who:

• Hold an active, unrestricted full license in Washington State as an LMHC or LMFT. (Note: Candidates must currently reside inside Washington State. Being licensed in WA while living out-of-state does not qualify.)
• Love working deeply with people and emotion. A passion for (or eagerness to learn and deepen) Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT/EFFT) and attachment work is a major plus. Experience with EMDR is also warmly welcomed!
• Are team players who thrive in a connected, relational clinical community while remaining comfortable and reliable working independently.
• Are highly reliable and punctual, ensuring excellent attendance, consistency for clients, and timely completion of daily clinical documentation and licensing requirements.
• Have done their "Person of the Therapist" work and truly "walk the talk."

Position Details

• Schedule: You set your own locked-in repeating schedule. To fill your schedule quickly some evening availability would be helpful.
• Work Location: 100% remote telework from your own professional, quiet, and confidential home office anywhere within Washington State with excellent internet access.
