Life Wellness Clinic is growing! We are looking for a compassionate, clinically skilled fully licensed mental health professional to join our team.

What We're Looking For-

We are seeking a fully licensed Tennessee mental health professional who is no longer practicing under supervision, including:

• LPC-MHSP
• LMFT
• LCSW
• Licensed Psychologist
• Other independently licensed mental health professionals with appropriate Tennessee credentials

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related mental health field
• Current, unrestricted Tennessee license
• Fully independently licensed — not currently under supervision
• Experience providing professional mental health services
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a professional team
• Commitment to ethical and evidence-based clinical practice
• Comfortable providing counseling within the scope of your training and licensure

Duties

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations utilizing ICD-10 coding standards to determine client needs.
• Develop personalized treatment plans incorporating evidence-based practices such as psychodynamic therapy, behavioral therapy, and trauma-focused approaches.
• Provide individual counseling sessions focused on issues like anxiety, depression, grief, PTSD, addiction, and co-occurring disorders.
• Utilize telehealth platforms to deliver clinical counseling and therapy services remotely while maintaining HIPAA compliance and clinical documentation standards.
• Engage in crisis intervention and crisis management to support clients experiencing acute mental health episodes or emergencies.
• Maintain detailed medical records and clinical documentation adhering to healthcare regulations including HIPAA and clinical ethical guidelines.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for patient care coordination and treatment planning to ensure holistic support for clients.
