Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related mental health field
- Current Texas license as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW
- Required experience providing therapy to children and adolescents
- Experience working with individuals, families, and couples preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong clinical judgment and empathy
- Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality
- Ability to adhere to all ethical, legal, and professional standards
- Willingness to participate in team meetings and collaborate with colleagues
Responsibilities
- Maintain a weekly caseload of approximately 15 or more client sessions
- Provide individual counseling services to children, adolescents, and adults, with opportunities to provide family, couples, and group therapy
- Complete diagnostic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with agency policies and licensing standards
- Coordinate care and make referrals when clinically appropriate
- Collaborate with other clinicians and community providers
- Participate in regular Hill Country Wellness team meetings
- Provide crisis intervention and consultation when needed
