Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related mental health field
• Current Texas license as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW
• Required experience providing therapy to children and adolescents
• Experience working with individuals, families, and couples preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong clinical judgment and empathy
• Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality
• Ability to adhere to all ethical, legal, and professional standards
• Willingness to participate in team meetings and collaborate with colleagues

Responsibilities

• Maintain a weekly caseload of approximately 15 or more client sessions
• Provide individual counseling services to children, adolescents, and adults, with opportunities to provide family, couples, and group therapy
• Complete diagnostic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with agency policies and licensing standards
• Coordinate care and make referrals when clinically appropriate
• Collaborate with other clinicians and community providers
• Participate in regular Hill Country Wellness team meetings
• Provide crisis intervention and consultation when needed
