Fully Licensed Clinical Therapist (LPC, LMSW, or LP)- Private Practice

Insight Counseling Center of Troy is a growing private group practice looking for fully licensed LPCs, LMSWs, and LPs to join our team.

We’re looking for experienced clinicians who value the autonomy of private practice but also want the support, referrals, resources, and collaboration that come with being part of an established group practice.

At Insight, we want our therapists to be able to focus on what they do best—providing high-quality care to their clients. We support our clinicians by handling many of the administrative responsibilities that come with private practice, including marketing, referrals, credentialing, and billing.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for clinicians who are dependable, professional, self-motivated, and committed to providing ethical, high-quality care. The right candidate can work independently while also enjoying being part of a collaborative practice.

We especially value therapists who are interested in continuing to grow professionally and contributing to a positive team environment.

Requirements

• Fully licensed LPC, LMSW, or LP in the State of Michigan
• License in good standing with no active complaints or past sanctions
• Ability to maintain a minimum of 15–20 billable client hours per week
• Commitment to ethical and evidence-based clinical practice
• Ability to manage documentation and scheduling responsibilities independently
• Participation in case consultation meetings and team collaboration
• Experience working with adults and/or children and adolescents
