Position Summary

The Clinical Supervisor serves as a key clinical leadership position within SpeakEasy Counseling & Psychotherapy. This role combines outpatient psychotherapy services with supervision, mentorship, and support of assigned clinicians. Clinical Supervisors help ensure high-quality care, strong clinical development, ethical practice, and consistency across the organization while supporting SpeakEasy’s therapist-first culture.

This role is ideal for an experienced clinician who enjoys mentorship, collaboration, leadership development, and helping therapists grow professionally and clinically. Clinical Supervisors are considered an important extension of the leadership team and work closely with the Operations Director and CEO. If successful in this role, there is the possibility for advancement to Clinical Director.

Essential Responsibilities

Clinical Supervision & Support

• Provide supervision and mentorship to assigned clinicians
• Support clinicians with case conceptualization, treatment planning, documentation, and ethical concerns
• Monitor clinician performance, clinical quality, and professional development
• Assist clinicians in improving engagement, retention, organization, and confidence
• Escalate clinical concerns, risk issues, or performance concerns to leadership as appropriate
• Support onboarding and integration of new therapists into the practice culture and systems
• Participate in weekly group supervision and leadership meetings

Clinical Quality & Compliance

• Promote high-quality, evidence-based, ethical clinical care
• Assist in monitoring documentation timeliness and standards
• Support therapists with crisis management and difficult clinical situations
• Reinforce SpeakEasy policies, expectations, and clinical philosophy

Leadership & Culture

• Help foster a collaborative, supportive, and accountable therapist culture
• Encourage therapist engagement, participation, and professional growth
• Serve as a role model for professionalism, communication, and clinical excellence
• Assist leadership with implementation of clinical initiatives and organizational changes

Clinical Caseload

• Maintain an outpatient caseload of approximately 20–25 sessions per week
• Provide in-office and virtual psychotherapy services to assigned populations

Qualifications

• Fully licensed clinician (LCSW, LPC) required
• Clinical supervision credential required
• Strong clinical and ethical decision-making skills
• Leadership, mentorship, or supervision experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to balance leadership responsibilities with clinical work
• MUST BE ABLE TO WORK MONDAY-THURSDAY 2-9pm (other times/days flexible)

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary with weekly per session bonuses
• $100.00 weekly stipend for every supervisee ($5200 annually)

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
