Full-Time or Part-Time Licensed Therapist – LPC, LCSW, LMFT or PhD

Job Overview

Accelerated Recovery Centers is seeking experienced, compassionate, and highly motivated licensed therapists to join our clinical team immediately.

We specialize in providing highly individualized treatment for adults struggling with Alcohol Use Disorder. Our unique treatment model allows clinicians to engage in meaningful, focused therapeutic work within a supportive multidisciplinary environment.

Responsibilities

• Providing individual psychotherapy
• Conducting clinical assessments and developing individualized treatment goals
• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions
• Supporting clients with Alcohol Use Disorder and co-occurring mental health concerns
• Completing timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Participating in treatment planning and clinical team collaboration
• Communicating effectively with other members of the multidisciplinary treatment team
• Supporting clients in developing practical strategies for long-term recovery and behavioral change

Our program is intentionally different from a traditional high-volume treatment environment. We emphasize individualized treatment, clinical depth, multidisciplinary collaboration, and meaningful therapist-client engagement.

Clinicians have the opportunity to work closely with clients, understand the underlying factors contributing to alcohol use, and help clients develop sustainable strategies for recovery and improved emotional well-being.
